STUDIO POLICIES

Before booking our service we kindly encourage you to take a moment and familiarize yourself with our booking policies. When booking a service with us, you are consenting to these terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION / NO SHOWS/ RESCHEDULING:

To secure your appointment, a deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reserved time at the studio and will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request contacting the studio directly with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit, issued in the original method of payment.

Cancellations must be made through contacting the studio within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

UPDATED SERVICE MENU CHANGE:

To simplify and enhance your booking experience, we are introducing a streamlined appointment structure for our lash services. Our updated menu will now include the following options: Full Set, Regular Fill (2–3 weeks), Extended Fill (3–4 weeks), and Touch-Up Mini Fill.

Appointments booked prior to April 13, 2026, will be honored and completed under our previous pricing and service structure. Any appointments scheduled on or after this date will follow the new menu and updated booking system.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING UPDATE - ALEXA:

At this time, Alexa will no longer be accepting new clients for lash and brow appointments. This adjustment allows us to better support the growth of our team by providing opportunities for our other talented artists to welcome new clients and expand their bookings.

Alexa will continue to accept appointments for Sugaring services, PMU Microblading, and Facials. Existing lash and brow clients may continue booking with Alexa as usual through the studio directly.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON SERVICES:

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of service, products, and overall client experience. From time to time, adjustments to our pricing may be necessary to reflect changes in market standards and the increasing cost of professional-grade products and materials.

We strive to keep any price increases reasonable and will always provide notice in advance whenever possible. These adjustments ensure that we can continue to deliver the level of quality, care, and results that our clients expect and deserve.

RESULTS:

Our beauty technicians are highly-skilled and dedicated to give you the best results possible, but we want to remind you that everyone's eyes are unique, and the state of your natural features will influence the results. Your technician will work with you and inform you of the customizations that are most suitable for you.

PRIVACY:

Your privacy is crucial to us. All personal information collected for online booking and intake forms is entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes and are not shared with third-parties.

LATE:

It is important for clients to arrive on time and prepared for the service they booked. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, they will need to reschedule their appointment, and a late fee will be applicable.

FOREIGN FILL LIABILITY:

Since the previous lash work was not done by Evolve Beauty Line, we cannot guarantee retention or quality after a foreign fill. For best results for our clients, we recommend a full removal and new set to applied for best results.
